AusAID Australian Leadership Awards Fellowships

Flinders University have been successful in securing funding under the AusAID’s Australian Leadership Awards Fellowships program. Indonesian and Vietnamese leaders and/or mid-career professionals drawn from various agencies will participate in the Flinders University program to be held in Adelaide in the last quarter of 2008. The overall goal will be to develop the skills and competencies of these leaders to:
(a) work towards developing policies, program and project level interventions that reflect the principles of gender sensitive good governance and
(b) effectively participate in high level decision making processes that promote the safety of women and protection of children.
