Indonesia Australia Specialised Training Project Phase III
Training of Trainers Course for Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, KPK) trainers
Flinders Partners and Flinders University’s Flinders Institute of Public Policy and Management (FIPPM) have been successful in securing a contract to deliver a short course to a select group of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) personnel in Indonesia.
The aim of this training is to develop a cadre of trainers who are equipped with appropriate technical and training skills to plan, implement and evaluate a training program focusing on corruption prevention and eradication in Indonesia.
The KPK was inaugurated in December 2003 as an independent body instituted to fight corruption and since then laws have been put in place to give KPK a robust mandate to aid its anti-corruption efforts.
On completion of the course, participants will gain the capacity to:
(1) discuss and apply concepts of adult learning to the design, delivery and monitoring of training resources
(2) plan a training program for delivery on an issue
(3) demonstrate a range of effective training/presentation techniques
(4) develop comprehensive assessment abilities and monitoring and evaluation skills
The Course will be delivered in Bogor, Indonesia between 21 July 2008 and 16 August 2008.
