Flinders Partners Inaugural Meet Your Match

The highly anticipated Flinders Partners Meet Your Match event finally staged on Wednesday July 30. The event attracted 21 government, industry and academic participants actively operating within the area of environmental management.

Informal networking kick-started and concluded the evening. The main attraction however, was the business speed-dating session, which ensured that every researcher and every business person had a chance to meet and discuss their ideas. It soon became apparent that the participants were having such interesting conversations that the two-minutes allocated per meeting were quickly abandoned and replaced with a more extensive block of time.

We would like to thank all participants for their lively discussion and look forward to further catch-up sessions that have already been organised for the near future.
